The Borgo is located in an unique position in a quiet area with a breathless view on the Lake Trasimeno
The ancient Borgo of Trasimeno whose origin dates back to the mid-1600s was used to belong to the Marquis Ranieri di Sorbello. Today, a very long and careful restoration has managed to bring this place to the splendors of a time. Since 1993, the Borgo has been under the supervision the Ministry of Culture due to its extremely important history and architecture value.
The Borgo is composed by 16 apartments, ranging from a floor area of 30 sq. m. studio to a 115 sq. m. apartment. The Borgo offers also the Honeymoon Suite of over 100 sq. m., which is made available to all married couples who decide to organize their wedding in the Hammlet. All apartments have beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and stone elements and are equipped with a kitchenette that in some cases assumes the size of a big dining room with relaxing seating, TV and fireplace. All the apartments are furnished with great taste using the colors of the Umbrian tradition and have all a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast can be served in the apartment, on request.

Flat Holm: sleeps 4 + 2 (3 rooms) 78 sq. mt. located on the ground floor, with entrance on the village square.
Apartment Olivella: sleeps 2 + 1 (2 rooms) – 42 sq.m. located on the ground floor entrance on the lawn.
Trump apartment: sleeps 2 + 1 -(2 rooms) – 45 sq.m. located on the ground floor entrance on the village square.
Windbreak apartment: sleeps 4 + 1 – (3 rooms) – 72 sq.m. located on the 1st floor, with external staircase on the village square.
Nerella apartment: sleeps 6 + 2 (4 rooms) – 83 sq.m. located on the 1st floor, with external staircase on the village square.
Cerasuola apartment: sleeps 3 + 2 (3 rooms)- 83 sq.m. located on the 1st floor, with external staircase to the north toward the parking lot and rose garden.
Morellino Apartment: sleeps 4 + 2 (3 rooms) – 83 sq.m. located on the 1st floor, with external staircase to the north toward the parking lot and rose garden.
Biancolilla apartment: sleeps 4 – (3 rooms) – 64sq.m. located on the 2nd floor, with external staircase to the north toward the parking lot and rose garden.
Apartment Dolce Agogia: sleep 4 + 2 – (3rooms) – 86sq.m. located on the 2nd floor, with external staircase to the north toward the parking lot and rose garden.
Frantoio apartment: sleeps 4 + 2 – (3 rooms) – 64 sq.m. located on the ground floor, with two entrances, both from the lawn near the old oven.
Leccino apartment: sleeps 4 + 2 – (3 rooms) – 89 sq.m. located on the ground floor, with entrance on the village square.
Maurino apartment: sleeps 2 – (studio) – 28 sq.m., located on the ground floor entrance on the lawn side of the pool.
Moraiolo apartment: sleeps 4 + 2 – (3 rooms) – 72 sq.m. located on the 1st floor, with internal staircase and entrance from the pool side lawn
Pendolino Apartment: sleeps 4 + 2 – (3 rooms) – 68 sq.m. located on the 1st floor, with external staircase the village square.
Pignola Apartment: sleeps 2 + 1 (in the loft) – studio – 28 sq.m. , located on the 1st floor, with internal staircase and entrance from the village square.
Rosciola apartment: sleeps 2 + 2 – (2 rooms) – 53 sq.m. it is an independent house on the ground floor, located direction North toward the parking lot and rose garden, the center of the town

SERVICES AVAILABLE Top roof pool, open from mid-May to late September. The pool is irregularly shaped and spread over a length of mt.18 for a width of between 10 mt and 7 mt. The water reaches a maximum height of 1,50 meters and a minimum of mt. 0.90. Next to the swimming pool, there is a bathroom with hot shower for the comfort of all guests.
