The original tower has been completely restored with the traditional old brick floors and wooden ceilings and within, has been beautifully appointed with the latest modern facilities. The adjacent old hay barn has been completely restored showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design, with a very cool, clean look.

A typically Italian garden, with lawns adorned with roses, jasmine, mature plants and flowers offer to the guests different areas to relax in with complete privacy.

Villa Le Corti has a separate studio apartment at pool level and seven double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms can accommodate 16 guests. A very well equipped modern large kitchen, huge dining room and several living rooms complete the interior. The property offers  stylish furnished outdoor areas and  pleasant al fresco dining terrace.

The large swimming pool with its annexed Jacuzzi overlooks the amazing Chianti countryside. Vineyards changing colors with the seasons and the silhouetted towers of the San Gimignano skyline on the horizon, guarantee complete relaxation under the Tuscan sun.

The nearest town of Barberino val d’Elsa is only 3 kms away and the medieval hamlet of Petrognano is walking distance from the villa, The road to the villa is paved with the exception of the last 300 meters, which is unpaved but is prime condition.
