The farm is located on the top of the Montefiesole hill at 450 meters above sea level, only 18 km from Florence. It is situated in the charming landscape of the gentle hills of the Chianti Rufina area, rich
with vineyards and olive groves. The farm is an organic established farm that extends on 110 hectares, of which 44 hectares are olive groves, 21 hectares are vineyards, 6 are wheat fields and 9 are hectares of forest where you can find truffles. There is also a large productive green-garden with fruit and vegetables.
All apartments are furnished with quality furniture and are located in the direction of the restaurant “Molino a Vento”.
Monterifrassine is situated 250 m. from the main house .
In this farm house there are five fully equipped apartments:
Each one is provided with a living room, a kitchen corner, a fire-place, bathroom with shower, safe deposit box, direct dial telephone,
flat screen cable t.v, ceiling fan, and heating.
Some of the apartments can communicate to sleep larger parties.
On the ground floor of the house there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron,iron board, drying racks and common
garden with a barbecue, tables, chairs, and deckchairs.
Across the street from the apartments is our gourmet restaurant, “Mulino a Vento” with a panoramic terrace where it is also possible to
purchase local products such as ham, cheese, milk, bread, and other delicacies.Common garden
