The farm is located on the top of the Montefiesole hill at 450 meters above sea level, only 18 km from Florence. It is situated in the charming landscape of the gentle hills of the Chianti Rufina area, rich
with vineyards and olive groves. The Farm is an organic established farm that extends on 110 hectares, of which 44 hectares are olive groves, 21 hectares are vineyards, 6 are wheat fields and 9 are hectares of forest where you can find truffles. There is also a large productive green-garden with fruit and vegetables.
At Casanova, there are two villettas: Casanova 1 with 3 bedrooms and sofa beds for a capacity of 9 guests, and Casanova2 with 4 bedrooms, and sofa beds for a capacity of maximum 12 guests. Each room in this villetta have
their own private bathrooms. For a larger group or family, it is possible to join the two villettas as one whole
villa “BORGO CASANOVA” by opening the communicating door on the ground floor which is found between the two living rooms.
Guests can enjoy the swimming pool of the farm.

This indipendent Villa has been resored in spring 2003 always with gread care and respect for the tuscan country style.
The ceramist Romano and Massimo Innocenti have painted frescoes on the inside walls making it so special.
It is only 200m far from the Wind mill, 550m far from the Main house, and it is called “Casa del Mugnaio” because it used to be the miller’s home.
the Villa is provided with a private garden ornamented with secular cypresses wich is very apreciated during the hot summer days. The garden is equipped with a barbecue, table, chairs, deckchairs, petanque grounds, parking space and outdoor pool (5×10 meters and 1m 40cm depth)
On the grand floor: 2 double rooms with double beds, 2 room with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower and bathroom amenities, 1 kitchen, dining area and private cellar, living room with fireplace.
In the mansard above the living room there is 1 double bed and a bathroom with shower.
